These are raw edge 100% cotton twirlly short tier dresses. These come just above the knee, so would make great tops over jeans or leggings too. They are also lined in light cotton (same color as the dress) so no see thru.The dress has "raw" straps too, they do not adjust and great trim at the bodice. This is an empire waist and there is a keyhole at the middle bust with ties. The ties have fancy tiny colorful bells at the ends. This looks and travels great "as is" in the crinkly look. But you can also steam it completely out, too if you like. Pay most attention to the empire waist (underbust) measurement.
