We found a couple pairs of these while moving stock. So marking down to blow the last of them out.
Fantastic funky pants with all the elements!! These are cool water wash rayon, they feel like heavy drapey cotton. They have a soft elastic waist with added string tie. As they get almost to the bottom, there are strips of tapestry and then two velvets (royal purple and emerald) and the bottom is a 1" black gauze ruffle. Too cute!!
Here are measurements taken across the front only:
Waist unstretched measures 14" and stretches to 21".
Hips measure 23".
The length from waistband down is 42" with inseam 28".
These shouldn't be tight to the crotch though, so if you are a little taller these should work for you.
